5th Annual Leif Erikson Day Celebration

A writer from Pennsylvania says:

“Every year since 2007 we have held an event to celebrate our heritage, the accomplishments of our ancestors, and the founding of this great land that we call our home. Nearly 500 years before Christopher Columbus set foot in The West Indies, Leif Erikson had established a settlement, which he called ‘Vinland’. Growing up, most people are taught that Christopher Columbus was the first great European to come to America. However, today we know this to be untrue.

Leif EriksonIn 2007, and every year since, we gather in Fairmount Park to celebrate a great accomplishment by our Norwegian ancestors. We march down to the statue of Thorfinn Karlsefni, located on Kelly Drive, with flags of the countries from which our ancestors and historical figures came. We gather around the statue and talk about what our people have done for this country, and acknowledge the great things our ancestors have done. This year’s memorial was no different.

Our flags were waving proudly in the air on the windy, sunny day of October 15, 2011, as we made our way to the statue of the Scandinavian who led a colonizing expedition to North America. At the statue we were met with some opposition, led by extremist Daryle Lamont Jenkins, who challenged our event in 2009 as well. This event is purely a heritage celebration, nothing to be opposed. We persevered with our event, ignoring the chants against us. Felix Bauriedle, the event organizer, addressed the group of people there to celebrate.

We concluded the celebration by proceeding back up the hill. We thank Law Enforcement for keeping the peace — as they have done every year this event has been held.

Upon leaving, the anti-European extremist group followed behind, surrounding an interested bystander who was curious about what was going on. The protesters began to push him into on coming traffic. The bystander then approached law enforcement to complain. The extremist-Reds began to yell and harass him, telling him that if he was not with them they would treat him as an opponent. Completely confused about the situation, the bystander observed that the Keystone United group were being more civil than they [The Marxist protestors] were. After it was suggested by members of Keystone United that he stand behind them so that there were no chance of getting harmed, the bystander said, “Thank you,” and talked with an officer about his encounter with this so-called “Anti-Fascists” group. After another short shouting match, Keystone United and supporters decided to leave and carry on with post-event festivities.

Despite the absurd and senseless opposition, we will continue to celebrate our heritage and display pride in the accomplishments of our people. Undeterred by what any of the disapproving ‘Communists’ have said, this will continue to be an annual event, and we hope to see many new faces next year and in the future.”

NOTE: Daryle Lamont Jenkins is a member of “One People’s Project”. Upon research, Mr. Jenkins is the ONLY member and thus the name “One People’s Project.”

  1. James says:

In "The Grandees – America's Sephardic Elite" by Burmingham, they credit Columbus to the jewish race, which is probably true. As, in the book "You Are Being Lied To" (edied by Russ Kick), excerpts of Columbus' diary are reprinted, describing how he planned to enslave the local Indians, which he did, eradicating an entire tribe via being worked to death and torture. Another of their crimes blamed on Whites.

In addition, I believe it was a History Channel video, "the Viking Deception", that attempts to debunk the Viking presence in America by various obvious falsehoods. But then again, the History Channel also attempted to ascribe the discovery of the structure of DNA to some jewess. The evidence is clear. The Vikings were here first.

I know this was a KSS event and not a A3P event and never was. stop taking credit for events held by others!

    • American3P says:

Sir, A3P does not take credit for this event. Where did you read that!? I asked for a write-up of this event from a KSS member and posted an update. I know perfectly well that this was a KSS event. There is a note at the end of the article that states the source of this news. Actually, the text is taken, almost verbatim, from a Pennsylvania website. (Is this you Erick?)

What is important is that this is an ethnic Heritage event celebrated by white Americans and, therefore, worthy of spreading!

      • Turn out the Vote says:

Does it really matter who held what? We're one people. The A3P and KSS along with all other white interest groups need to work with one another.
