Immigration

Immigration. Enough is enough.

If current demographic trends persist, European-Americans will become a minority in America in only a few decades time. The American Third Position will not allow this to happen.

To safeguard our identity and culture, and to maintain the very existence of our nation, we will immediately put an indefinite moratorium on all immigration. Recognizing our people’s right to safety, and respecting the sanctity of the rule of law, we will immediately deport all criminal and illegal aliens. We believe, too, that American citizenship should be exclusive and meaningful. As such, the American Third Position will end the practice of automatic birthright-citizenship for children of illegal aliens. To restore, with civility, the identity and culture of our homeland, we will provide incentives for recent, legal immigrants to return to their respective lands.

A closer look at the A3P’s sensible immigration policies.

First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same…. Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset…. Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia…. In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think…. The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”

-Senator Ted Kennedy, speaking to the Senate regarding the introduction of the Immigration Act of 1965

It was never our will that our nation be host to tens of millions of foreign peoples. Yet, it appears now that, unless something is done to stop it, we will be a minority in our own land, in only a few decades time. In fact, much to the satisfaction of a handful of people, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates that, by 2043, our people will be a minority in America.

Without ever having agreed to cede control of our land, we now face a political establishment who absolutely ignores our pleas to stop unfettered, out-of-control immigration. Both the GOP and the Democrats have conspired with one another to deny us sovereignty and to grant amnesty to millions of alien peoples who they happily collude with against our will. As if it were their goal, they adopt policies that will see an end to the America we love.

We believe that all peoples have a right to sovereignty and to identify with, and exercise their will as, a group. We believe that all peoples have a right to be free. Consequently, we believe that our will to stop immigration into our land requires no justification before foreign peoples or before a government who does not represent us. However, there are a number of both pragmatic and less-than-pragmatic issues that must be taken into consideration when developing a policy as toward immigration.

Deport illegal and criminal aliens

Although it may be difficult to discern from the height of the ivory tower or from the gated communities wherein the ruling political-elite escape reality, illegal immigration hurts our country. It creates an enormous tax burden on our people, which should be properly thought of as a payment to unscrupulous businesspersons who exploit, and profit from, illegal-alien labor. Even the most conservative of recent studies concludes that illegal immigrants require far more in government transfers than they contribute in tax monies, leaving American households to pay the difference to help politicians receive further votes and unethical businessman cheap, slave-labor.

Illegal immigrants, taking advantage of the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1985, which says that emergency rooms must provide free medical care to illegal aliens, have greatly affected the health of our nation’’s medical treatment facilities, creating huge wait times for citizens. In many areas, they have shut down hospitals, as hospitals were unable to overcome the burden of having to provide free medical care to alien peoples. In California, for example, scores of hospitals have been shut down for this very reason within the past ten years. This not only negatively affects the healthcare for all peoples where hospitals were closed but increases the cost of healthcare for others elsewhere.

Stemming from a ruling by the Supreme Court in 1982, the children of illegal immigrants can receive education at our expense, a decision which now costs our people tens of billions of dollars per annum. Not satisfied, the political establishment creates ESL and immigrant-focused programs in schools that increase per pupil costs an extra 15 percent to 25 percent. These children bring the pace of education to a near standstill, to the detriment of us all.

There are other pragmatic reasons to deport all illegal aliens as well, to include the increasingly large prison population of illegal immigrants, the traffic congestion that comes with a huge population that was never planned for, and the cost in loss of productivity associated with that congestion, the decrease in real wages of American workers, the huge burden it places on our land to facilitate hosting tens of millions of unwanted peoples, the shocking fact that illegal aliens bear 65% of communicable diseases, such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, leprosy, and AIDS, the increase in the cost of home ownership, which has sent home prices skyrocketing in places like California, and the increase in the rate of unemployment.

For these reasons, and to protect our people and the sanctity of the rule of law, we will immediately begin to deport illegal and criminal aliens. Criminal aliens will be transported home at the expense of the government of their country of origin, and illegal aliens will be encouraged to leave our land through enforcement of existing laws and the creation of new laws that will make it impossible for them to live or work in America. Those who refuse to leave will be transported home at the expense of the government of their country of origin. Those who were not born citizens of the United States and who receive government entitlements will be given a window to shape up their act, or they, too, will be sent back home at the expense of the government of their country of origin. We will end the practice of granting citizenship to the children of illegal aliens, without exception.

While we deport the illegal, criminal, and unproductive alien elements from our country, we must also ensure that we stop the flow of these alien people into our land. In order to do this, The A3P will apply pressure to foreign governments to keep their citizenry from entering our land. Where appropriate, we will apply economic sanctions on governments who refuse to comply. We will also deploy military units to our border to the south, until we have regained control of it. Foreign incursions onto our soil by foreign police or military units we will be considered an act of war, and we will respond accordingly.

Stop Immigration and Restore our National Identity

Like all other things, the character and soul of a nation is a product of the things it is comprised of. A nation is more than a meaningless geopolitical boundary; it is a collection of people who share many things in common. These people are brought together for more than simply quelling an atavistic dread of the elements -to gather food or last through winter – or the desire to protect themselves against a foe, although these are purposes the nation serves. A nation is an extension of our family. When we change who we consider a part of our family, as if we could, we change the nature of our family, its character and its soul.

Immigration is more than a national security issue. It is more than an issue of pragmatics: how much immigrants give in contrast to how much they take. It isn’t an issue of simply combating crime, traffic congestion, soaring home prices, the decline in the state our education, hospitals, and infrastructure. It isn’t simply about protecting our wages or keeping us employed. Although all of those things are very important to us and to the health of our nation and economy, there are other things that are of equal, if not greater, importance.

Immigration affects our culture. It affects the way we feel, act, and operate within a community. It affects whether or not we can have actual communities at all. It affects our welfare and livelihood in ways that are immeasurable, aside from the efforts we go to in protecting against it. Immigration erodes our culture and sense of identity. In cities where many cultures meet, there is an atmosphere of hostility. Neighborhoods become atomized, and a true community is never established.

While we accept that ethnic minorities are, and will always be, part of America, we want our will to be observed and exercised as it should be, and as it should have been. We have a right to sovereignty and to exercise our will as a people. We want an America that is recognizable to us, one that we can feel comfortable in. We believe that this desire is not unique to our nation or our own people, and we believe that all peoples have a right to sovereignty.

Accordingly, we will stop all immigration into America, except in special cases. To help restore our national identity, we will offer generous grants to recent immigrants who have a desire to return to their countries of origin. While this can be easily repositioned by a media who is hostile to our people or by a political establishment that relies on recent immigrants for votes, we only mean to create a system of mutual benefit, where the wills of both parties are observed and respected, as they should be. Wherever a recent immigrant has a need to get back home but is without the resources to do as much, we will lend a helping hand.
