U.S. Soldiers Frustrated
American soldiers are asking: What are we fighting for in Afghanistan? How will we know when we have “won?” Is the $100 billion yearly price tag and loss of life worth it?
The American Third Position does not believe that the United States of America has a moral obligation to spread American values the world over. The A3P believes that we ought to concern ourselves more with the maintenance of democracy within our own borders — especially as it is under attack — and less with the propagation of it on foreign soil.
We refuse to be strong-armed by the international community to serve the interests of others. We are a sovereign nation, and we will act as such. The blood of our people is the most valuable resource of the country, and the lives of our children must not be risked over foreign disputes that have no bearing on the welfare of our people.

I'm in the army myself, and I can tell you that while the frustration might be accurate, the "why" is completely wrong. No one in the army has the depth or sense of civic responsibility to think that deep into it. They just want RoE's to be lifted like any real soldier would want – stop the things stopping him from killing his enemy.
People think that the army is this really noble cabal full of individuals that would die to defend our flag. That's what I thought too, when I joined. It's not much more than a bunch of shitty, incompetent NCO's leading a bunch of hired guns. We accept we're going to war. We don't care why, we know it's going to be because of some shitty half-ass pretense that doesn't mean shit to anyone. Just let us win, we don't care who we fight.
This country is burning and there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. You can't stop Surtr. You can't outsmart him or outperform him on the battlefield. He's here and he's burning everything.

A very well-stated principle which stresses the importance of determining what is the true vital interests of America before engaging in conflicts. We have been intentionally led to represent the interests of internationalists' and those goals they present. There is a name for that.
Our troops who serve in the military today should all be made aware of all of this information. They must keep it in mind as they serve – and after they return from service. It is intended that they inflict trauma upon themselves. (2nd comment follows).
2) I never owned slaves, nor did my ancestors, we fought to free the slaves!!, the current Black masses were never slaves, have reaped the rewards of Affirmative (Reverse Discrimination) Action because of actions by some Old Dead Whites long ago and for 40+years I've had to keep my mouth shut and not speak of how proud I am about being White or be accused about being a Nazi, WTF!!
1) I got on the NAACP website and their condemnation of the few indiviguals in the Tea Party Expess for signs and posters was very heated and is understandable but the acceptance by the NAACP of Rev Wright, Al Sharpton and the new black panthers, etc get me so pissed that I can't see straight anymore!!
